Engage in postsales client interactions to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries.
Facilitate agreement and loan processing including documentation preparation and submission.
Coordinate with vendors and clients to facilitate timely disbursements and resolve any related issues.
Verify payments and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
Communicate with customers to support sales efforts and provide assistance throughout the purchasing process.
Utilize email communication to correspond with customers and internal stakeholders effectively.
Manage the communication of legal documents ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Documentation as per ISO.
Followup with Bank for loan release.
Payment follow up.
Sale deed registration.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a postsales role within the real estate industry.
