As a Supply Child and Youth Care Practitioner you will work in temporary assignments at multiple schools throughout the diverse communities of HamiltonWentworth District School Board including Hamilton Mountain Hamilton Downtown Waterdown Flamborough Dundas Ancaster Mount Hope Binbrook Stoney Creek and Winona. You will be responsible for designing and implementing a range of prevention intervention and treatment strategies to support student mental health and wellbeing behaviour management and prosocial skills programming. You will work collaboratively as an integral member of an interdisciplinary educator team including but not limited to: Behaviour Analysts Principals Vice Principals Teachers Educational Assistants and system resource staff.
