CRNA FullTime OB Focus
Somnia Anesthesia a clinicianled physicianowned anesthesia group is looking for CRNAs with OB experience to join our team at Dignity Health St. Johns Regional Medical Center in Oxnard CA.

Join a collaborative and wellestablished team in a community hospital setting. CRNAs practice independently and are integral to delivering quality OB anesthesia care. Must have at least 6 months experience. OBfocused schedule.
Position Highlights
- Primary Facility: St. Johns Regional Medical Center (Oxnard CA)
- 8 ORs 2 OB suites
- 1495 births annually
- 88 OB shifts per year
- Independent practice model
- Additional Site: St. Johns Camarillo(no OB)
- 2 ORs in operation
- Distance between both sites: 9 miles
- Schedule: OBfocused with additional OR cases
- Experience: Minimum 6 months
Compensation & Benefits
- W2 Compensation: $316800 annually
- Commencement Bonus: $20000 for a 2year commitment
- Retention Bonus: $15000 annually paid in a lump sum
- PTO: 6 weeks
- Relocation Assistance: $10000
- CME: Up to $3000 per year
- Insurance: Health Dental Vision Life Disability Malpractice
- Retirement: 401(k) with FSA options
- Employment Model: W2
Requirements
- Active California RN and CRNA licenses
- NBCRNA certification
- DEA and California Controlled Substance Registration
