Title: Collections Specialist II
TheCollections Specialistwill work inCollections handling the following responsibilities:
- Monitor and pursue outstanding accounts receivable
- Document unapplied cash transactions
- Analyze broker / insured accounts
- Issue Notice of Cancellation and Notice of Rescission
- Respond to various requests from brokers underwriters and management
- Issue various receivable reports
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies
- Perform special projects as required
- Provide backup support as needed
- Participate in Receivable related meetings
- Participate and support any system testing and or process enhancements
Requirements:
- 3 5 years of experience
- Business and/or accounting degree preferred
- Proficient in Excel
- Experience with Workday is preferred
- Team Player
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Must be able to work with minimal supervision
- Must be proactive in resolving problems
