As Head of Automotive Sales at Reputation you will be responsible for developing the strategy and drive growth within the Automotive industry sector. You will lead targeting highvalue clients in the Auto industry leveraging your industry expertise to develop strong longlasting successful Csuite relationships. This role requires experience as a proven consultative sales leader with a deep understanding of the Auto industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Sell Reputations SaaSbased Reputation Management platform to Strategic Automotive industry clients by understanding their specific needs and delivering tailored solutions.

  • Aggressively hunt and close deals while owning the entire sales cycle.

  • Sell value and demonstrate leadership throughout the sales process.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

  • Lead mentor and motivate the industry sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Orchestrate crossfunctional teams to win.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and strategic partners by building personal credibility and trust.

  • Coordinate resources across marketing SDRs Operations Sales Operations and executives to assemble the right team to win.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience in Automotive SaaS or software sales.

  • Proven experience selling to the Auto industry with a deep understanding of the sectors unique challenges and opportunities in digital reputation management.

  • Proven experience as an industry Sales Leader or in a similar leadership role

  • Establish long term ecosystem partnerships

  • Demonstrated ability to build a sales pipeline through effective hunting prospecting cold calling networking and lead generation activities.

  • Natural ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment while exercising sound judgment.

  • Proficiency in Salesforce (preferred) and accurately forecasting revenue commitments.

  • Strong work ethic and commitment to success.

  • Selfmotivated and comfortable working remotely from a home office.

  • Exceptional communication presentation and relationshipbuilding skills.

  • Ability to leverage extended teams to achieve success.
