Join the Corporate Strategy team to help shape and drive enterprisewide strategic direction for LS&Co. This role will support the Vice President of Strategy & CEOs Office across three core areas:
(1) leading strategic planning and deep dives on priority topics
(2) managing highimpact initiatives across functions and
(3) supporting executive operating rhythm and delivering executivelevel communications and materials.
You will lead and support highpriority crossfunctional initiatives that unlock business growth and value creation working directly with senior leaders across Commercial Marketing Product Supply Chain and other teams. This role will report to the Vice President of Strategy & CEOs Office
Lead longterm (SBP) and annual strategic planning processes including functional strategies and focus area deep dives (e.g. Mens Strategy).
Serve as project leader for complex crossfunctional initiatives managing workplans and crossfunctional teams from diagnosis to implementation.
Support key ELT members operating rhythms including planning and execution of key leadership meetings agendas and materials
Deliver highquality internal and external communications including Board materials key presentations and executive scorecards.
Conduct analysis and synthesize data to answer critical business questions; develop frameworks insights and recommendations.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define objectives structure workstreams and drive alignment and outcomes.
Monitor industry and competitive trends to inform strategic recommendations.
Develop business cases success metrics and performance tracking for key initiatives.
8 years of relevant experience including at least 2 years in management consulting or a corporate strategy/internal consulting role.
Experience leading strategic or transformation initiatives; comfort with ambiguity and crossfunctional influence.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills; ability to structure complex problems and distill insights from data.
Advanced Excel skills (e.g. model building data manipulation); strong PowerPoint skills to create clear compelling narratives.
Familiarity with merchandising planning commercial or operations in the apparel/retail industry is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; executive presence and comfort working with senior leaders.
Bachelors degree ; MBA preferred.
This is a hybrid position based in our San Francisco CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically TuesdayThursday. Note time in office can vary depending on business needs.
The expected starting salary range for this role is $144800$219300 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education qualifications performance and business needs.
