Overview

Due to our continued growth we are seeking an Environmental/Asbestos Project Manager to work on public infrastructureprojects throughout the five boroughs Long Island and lower Hudson Valley.

Recently Global Infrastructure Solutions Inc. (GISI) the parent company of The LiRo Group and Hill International Inc. consolidated a portion of the highly experienced staff of both LiRo and Hill in the Northeast to create a larger more efficient and costeffective team to serve clients. LiRoHill is a 1100person firm with offices in NYC Long Island Buffalo Rochester Boston and Metro Park NJ.

Responsibilities

  • Oncall contract management and project tracking through close out and invoicing
  • Oversee and implementation of program aimed at supporting asbestos/lead abatement projects
  • Prepare and manage field inspection schedules
  • Review field data for completeness and accuracy
  • Manage design teams and abatement/postabatement construction teams to meet work order deliverables and timetables
  • Maintain program document control requirements
  • Review contractor payments and change orders
  • Coordinate program activities with various departments and NYC regulatory agencies

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
  • 7 years project management experience
  • Fully licensed with valid US EPA NYS DOL and NYC DEP Certifications OSHA 10 Hour and 40 Hour HAZWOPER and Code Compliance experience
  • Public Housing experience a big
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Detail oriented and strong leadership skills

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience a comprehensive benefits package and a positive work environment.

Compensation: Min: $83200 Max: 114400. The range provided is the salary that the Firm in a good faith believes at the time of this posting is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined on the individual candidates qualifications and location.
