The position is for one project not an inhouse position. Its important to mention that the social package including benefits like sick leave days off vacations accounting and necessary equipment provision are not covered by Selecto.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong Product Discovery experience to join our team for the Discovery phase of a fintech project. The focus will be on the onboarding process for financing products and commercial loans. In this role you will shape the product strategy conduct deep research align stakeholders and build the product development roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Discovery:
Lead and facilitate the Discovery phase working with stakeholders to define business goals user needs and product scope
Conduct market and competitor research to inform product decisions
Shape the product strategy and roadmap based on business objectives and research findings
Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to gather and validate requirements
Define product problem statements and build a prioritized list of product goals and features
Create and present Customer Journey Maps (CJM) and user flows to visualize user experience and pain points
Work with stakeholders to define MVP scope and ensure alignment on minimal viable product deliverables
Document and present findings recommendations and product vision to client stakeholders
Collaborate with the design team to translate research insights into user flows and initial concepts
Business Analysis:
Gather analyze and document functional and nonfunctional requirements
Create clear documentation (user stories use cases process flows diagrams) to support design and further development
Ensure alignment between business needs and proposed solutions
Support prioritization of features based on value and feasibility
Required Qualifications:
4 years in Business Analysis preferably in Agile environments
Proven experience leading Discovery phases and turning business needs into actionable roadmaps
Experience in fintech or complex B2B ecosystems is a plus
Strong skills in stakeholder management facilitation and requirement gathering
Excellent documentation and presentation skills (user stories BRDs diagrams)
Experience conducting research (competitor market user interviews)
UpperIntermediate to Advanced English (C1)
Readiness for short onsite trips to the KSA during Discovery phase (preferable)
Nice to Have:
Experience in shaping product strategy and initial product planning
Familiarity with onboarding flows for financial products
Experience collaborating with crossfunctional teams (design marketing product)
