Salary National (Edinburgh and Leeds) ranging from 49600 to 65000 and London 54500 to 70000 per annum (Salary offered will be based on skills and experience)

In the Communications department we change opinions and behaviours to protect consumers and enable a thriving financial services market. Its an exciting time as weve recently expanded our team and changing how we do things to deliver more engaging insightled audience focused communications. The Internal Communications team is at the heart of the employee experience managing employee communications across the FCA. The team provides expert advice and guidance to colleagues across the FCA who want to deliver important messages to stakeholders throughout the organisation. The team sits within the wider Communications department which includes colleagues working on public affairs news our external website and publications.

Play a key role in influencing and driving active engagement with the FCAs mission helping shape the dialogue both internally and across the financial sector.
