Our highcaliber talent works through the challenges at hand while pushing toward meeting client order needs. We are currently looking for energetic hardworking Pour Bottle Fill MH to work fulltime permanent on our Continental Night shift (19:0007:00) at our Alliston facility. Starting wage is $27.90/hour. The following are dress/gowning requirements: safety glasses safety shoes ear plugs jumpsuit hood hairnet beard cover gloves isolation mask and boots (additional PPE required when cleaning)
Constant or intermittent exposure to elevated levels of noise
Involves working around equipment machinery and belts
What Youll Be Doing
P.P.B. Fill Perform one or more of the following duties on a rotating basis:
Start and stop the machine and do minor repairs. Check bottle for weight thread size etc.
Remove scrap from room check regrind and resin delivery system. Load bottles on sterilizer truck attach screen and process truck cards. Move empty and full sterilizer trucks to and from the sterilizer staging area
Duties performed on a rotational basis
Perform line clearance as needed.
Maintain all necessary production paperwork ensuring materials being used correspond with BOM.
Perform Q.A. check and prepare documents.
Take required samples.
Remove scrap and discards from the line and place in designated area.
Inspect and load filled bottles from conveyor gathering table and place on trays in sterilizer truck.
Verify and initiate truck card count install screens on trucks.
Move full trucks to sterilizer staging area.
Set up equipment for production use and adjust/repair as needed.
Notify appropriate personnel if extensive repairs are required.
Responsible for batch preparation mixing and release activities for both PPB Fill lines.
Duties performed on a continual or intermittent basis
Learn understand and apply thorough quality standards Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
Notify the supervisor and take appropriate action if any safety quality mechanical or discrepancy issues occur
Sustain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles
