As our Development Executive for the Professional Audio Visual (Pro AV) category youll be the driving force behind growing vendor partnerships expanding market share and delivering valuedriven AV solutions across our channel ecosystem. Lead Pro AV Growth Strategy: Develop and execute strategic business plans to grow our Pro AV portfolio. Identify trends customer needs and technology gaps to shape longterm category success.
Accelerate Business Development: Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities with current and prospective partners. Use datadriven insights to unlock crosssell and upsell potential within existing accounts.
Strengthen Vendor & Partner Relationships: Build and maintain trusted relationships with Pro AV vendors and solution providers. Negotiate competitive programs and align on shared business goals.
Analyze Market Trends: Leverage market intelligence and analytics to stay ahead of industry shifts and competitor activity. Translate insights into actionable growth plans.
Champion CrossTeam Collaboration: Work closely with sales marketing product and operations teams to ensure unified execution of Pro AV strategy and successful gotomarket campaigns.
Drive Partner Success: Engage directly with reseller partners to understand their challenges and align our solutions to meet their business needs. Deliver tailored experiences that drive loyalty and satisfaction.
Expand Product Offerings: Partner with product management to identify and introduce new AV solutions based on partner feedback and market opportunities.
Maximize Platform Adoption: Lead with digitalfirst thinking using tools like Ingram Micros Xvantage platform. Help partners and vendors streamline operations access insights and scale faster.
SolutionOriented Sales: Sell holistic endtoend Pro AV solutions by aligning multiple vendors to deliver full system value not just standalone products.
6 years of experience in sales business development or vendor/category management (ideally in Pro AV IT or distribution)
Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong understanding of AV technologies channel ecosystems and the solutionselling process
Excellent negotiation communication and relationshipbuilding skills
High level of business and financial acumen with the ability to forecast manage pipelines and assess profit drivers
Adept at using data and analytics to inform decisions and drive strategy
Strong project management and multitasking abilities in a fastmoving environment
Experience with digital sales platforms and tools; familiarity with Ingram Micro systems is a plus
Willingness to travel for key vendor and customer engagements
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Knowledge of key Pro AV vendors hardware/software platforms and solution stacks

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $67300.00 $114400.00 per year.The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidates primary work location pay grade and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors in addition to primary work location such as complexity and responsibility of role job duties/requirements and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
