Job Description
2 practice locations currently open:
Mix of Family Medicine and Sports Medicine: Experience/training in Sports Medicine is preferred. 2430 patients/day. Half FM/ half sports. Includes Guided ultrasound injections treating concussions plain Xray on site. Position will be aligned with the Orthopedics department and will have regular interaction with them.
Traditional Family Medicine practice: Adult Geriatric and Pediatric. Provider MUST be willing to see patients ages 5 years and up.
Providers are expected to see approximately 20 patients per day (non negotiable).
Fulltime negotiable schedule depending upon the practice and current staffing
On call 34 days per month
10 MidLevels Providing Coverage throughout the organization
23 Exam Rooms Per Physician (depending on the location)
Emergency Supplies Available: Defibrilator Airway IV Supplies Etc.
Lab onsite
Xray onsite
EMR EPIC
Must live within a 40mile radius or be willing to relocate
Not accepting Locums submissions
Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates
Open to upcoming 2025 graduates (not accepting 2026 graduates)
Compensation and Benefits:
Marketcompetitive compensation follows MGMA guidelines. Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation. To be discussed at interview.
3year contract structure (to be discussed at interview): Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
Sign on bonus negotiable
Relocation allowance if applicable
$5000 CME credit
