Are you a personable and detailoriented professional with a passion for building client relationships An established insurance agency is looking for a dedicated Personal Insurance Account Manager to join our team. In this role youll play a key part in delivering timely quotes recognizing crossselling opportunities and providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.
What Youll Do:
- Provide accurate and timely insurance quotes while maintaining a strong focus on client needs.
- Recognize and act on crossselling opportunities to enhance client coverage.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by building and maintaining lasting client relationships.
- Handle new and renewal submissions including quoting binding and issuing policies.
- Negotiate with carrier underwriters to secure the best rates for clients.
- Manage accounts effectively and efficiently ensuring all client needs are met.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: Prior experience in personal lines coverage within an agency or brokerage setting.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills customer service expertise and proven sales ability.
- Technical Knowledge: Experience working with multiple carriers rating systems and overall account management.
- Licensing: Must hold a valid Property & Casualty License.
- Work Ethic: A selfstarter who can independently manage responsibilities and tasks.
