Highlights of the position:
- Demonstrate kindness and respect while maintaining professional boundaries with all clients vendors and staff.
- Ensure all work meets required codes permits safety regulations and specifications.
- Maintain and improve PCHC facilities through construction renovation alteration and repair projects with a strong focus on quality. Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Carpentry (e.g. walls doors windows).
- General facilities maintenance.
- Painting and finishing projects.
- Stay aware of building conditions and proactively report issues that need attention.
- Help maintain quality assurance standards and compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and enhance the client experience.
- Be a champion for excellent customer service and safe effective operations.

Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 510 years of experience in maintenance construction renovation alteration and repairs projects related to facilities strongly preferred.
Having a valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record and/or an appropriate length of driving experience for insurance purposes is required. Any concerns raised by the results of a driving record check will be subject to an individualized review to determine whether the infraction is relevant to the individuals ability to perform the responsibilities of the position in accordance with PCHCs Automobile Safety and Background Check policy.
