Job Description
Overview
Connection has a fantastic opportunity through our Solutions and Services division for a contract Desktop Support Technician role onsite in Janesville WI. The contract will last between 13 months and will be MF 74PM.
Starting pay is $25/hr. Background and drug screen will be required for this position.
Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and problem resolution:Diagnosing and resolving computer hardware software and network issues.
Hardware and software maintenance:Installing configuring and updating hardware and software including operating systems and applications.
Onsite and remote support:Providing technical assistance to users both in person and remotely.
Enduser support:Assisting users with basic computer tasks and troubleshooting.

Qualifications
- 2 years experience.
- Good communication skills.
- Candidate should have an A (or be willing to get)
- Windows10knowledge
- Hardwarerepair experience both PC and Printer
- Excellent Customer Serviceskills
- Experienced with providing PC supportboth deskside and remote.
- Able to work alone or as part of a team.
- Microsoft Office 365 experience is a plus
