Job Description

The ManagerCardiac Cath Lab is responsible for daily leadership and oversight of the procedural and pre/post care units of the cardiac cath lab and/or electrophysiology (EP) lab. Supervises coordinates and evaluates
operational activities to ensure efficient highquality patient care. Works closely with the Director and leadership across the cardiovascular service line to accomplish goals and objectives related to quality growth fiscal responsibility.

Education

Bachelors degree in nursing radiologic technology allied health applied sciences or related field is required. Masters Degree in nursing radiologic technology healthcare administration or related field is preferred.

Experience

3 years of experience in a cardiac cath lab is required. 3 years of supervisory/team lead or demonstrated leadership experience is required.

Certificates Licenses and Registrations

Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Radiographer in the state of practice is required. If Radiographer certification as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT(R)) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required. Advanced certification in area of expertise is preferred: Critical Care Registered Nurse (CCRN) from American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI) certification from ARRT OR certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).

Basic Life Support (BLS) is required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.

Pay Range:

$45.84 $68.76

A successful candidates actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience skills training certifications and education.
