As part of the Sustainability Office this role will play a central role in continuing to build out TUs global sustainability reporting efforts. The role will provide leadership on TransUnions sustainability reporting practices and help develop processes as needed. This role may also support other sustainability as workflows allow. This position will engage directly with departments and external vendors.
What Youll Bring:
- 5 plus years of expereince with sustainability data calculation methodologies including Greenhouse Gas Protocol Life Cycle Assessment and/or Water Footprinting
- Visa sponsorship isnt offered for this role
- Must be able to work independently and exercise full management authority
- Comfortable working in a startup environment and establishing new processes
- Develops program initiatives and guides their development from inception to completion
- Clear and professional communication for planning and preparation
- Exceptional excel recordkeeping skills and data management skills
- Demonstrated organizational & project management skills
- Bachelors in Business Intelligence Data Analytics Accounting or Finance; MBA or graduate degree preferred
Preferred
- Knowledgeable and experienced in corporate reporting (e.g. 10K DEF14A etc.)
- Experience developing controls for nonfinancial reporting (e.g. limited assurance)
- Familiarity with Workiva NasdaqMetrio Watershed and/or other sustainability platforms a plus
Impact Youll Make:
- Develop a comprehensive reporting schedule for TransUnion coordinating across departments including Accounting Human Resources Investor Relations and Marketing
- Identify collect track and verify TransUnions sustainability metrics
- Lead internal auditing efforts for sustainability information following financial reporting principles.
- Manage and monitor external consultant work as required
- Respond to sustainability and climate data requests from stakeholders
- Develops technical solutions to complex problems which require the regular use of ingenuity and creativity
- Ability to adapt learn and lead through uncertainty.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as inperson at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.Benefits:

Pay Scale Information :
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $100100.00 $150000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individuals education training work experience jobrelated skill set location and industry knowledge as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.Regular fulltime nonsales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnions annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for longterm incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.TransUnions Internal Job Title:
