Compensation: In accordance with California law the expected salary range for this position is posted with this position. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
Role Summary: The Learning & Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in cultivating a culture of continuous learning and service excellence across the agency. Reporting to the VP of Organizational Quality & Impact this position is responsible for identifying training needs maintaining compliance with training regulations administering the Learning Management System (LMS) and developing impactful training programs. Through collaboration with crossfunctional teams the Specialist supports agency initiatives drives employee development and ensures alignment with regulatory and accreditation standards.
