Currently we are looking for an Accounts Receivable Junior Specialist for a period of one and a half year ending on 31/12/2026
How Youll Make an Impact:
- Operational tasks: you support Accounts Receivable transactions such as cash application activities handling of retentions and/or deductions account reconciliation and reporting internal trade payments perform necessary tasks to ensure accurate and timely reporting and monthend closing activities dealing with external and internal queries. Conduct account research and analysis.
- Stakeholder Management: you support internal business units via phone email and workflows.
- Continuous improvement: you collaborate with other teams in continuous improvement activities and initiatives focusing on delivering efficiency transparency and standardization.
Your Background:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in financial area or bachelors or masters degree in finance accounting or related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and accounting receivable processes
- Good in business English
- Customer service orientation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel
- Ability to work in teams and with deadlines
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details
