We are seeking a highly skilled hands on and experienced Senior ServiceNow CSM Implementer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over five years of handson experience with ServiceNow demonstrating technical proficiency in customization complex integration and implementation of the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) module. This role requires strong leadership abilities to guide and mentor junior team members while ensuring the successful delivery of ServiceNow projects
