Job Description

Description

Join our dynamic Currency Team where youll provide comprehensive operational services for global Foreign Exchange transactions. Collaborate across technology finance front office and credit risk and seize continuous learning opportunities in a fastpaced environment.

As a Client Service Specialist within our Currency Team you will ensure the timely and accurate settlement of JP Morgans FX transactions. You will manage daytoday client relationships providing highquality service and operational excellence.

Job responsibilities:

  • Confirms and ensure timely settlement of FX trading activity through direct client contact.
  • Resolves incoming queries and investigate root causes of issues.
  • Builds strong relationships with Clients Front Office Middle Office and other internal clients.
  • Collaborates with internal and external groups to resolve client issues.
  • Promotes and supports automated solutions to clients.
  • Initiates and participates in process improvement initiatives.
  • Escalates issues to the team leader within an appropriate time frame.
  • Engages in project management activities.

Required qualifications capabilities and skills:

  • Previous experience in an operational financial services or customer services environment.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to take ownership and follow through with departmental objectives considering risks in daily processing.
  • Effective organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize workload while working as part of a team.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Resultsoriented with the capability to prioritize and multitask.
  • Capacity to think laterally and understand the big picture.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Welldeveloped problemsolving skills.
  • Numeric skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in PC applications such as Excel Word and Access.

Preferred qualifications capabilities and skills:

  • FX & FXO experience.
  • Working knowledge of the IB funds transfer policy.
  • Knowledge of TSSFX and Athena.
