We are so excited to be partnering with a highprofile 5star resort in South Wales currently seeking a dedicated Retail Manager to lead their luxury goods and golf retail operations. Renowned for its premium facilities and outstanding guest experience this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a firstclass hospitality team.

- 35000 per annum 2000 to 3000 service charge
- Working 40 hours per week over 5 days

Responsibilities as the Retail Manager
- Leading and inspiring the retail teams across the hotels multiple highend outlets
- Ensuring all retail areas are commercially effective and visually impeccable
- Managing stock levels product selection and seasonal planning
- Supporting the teams training motivation and performance
- Collaborating with senior leadership to align retail with the wider guest experience
