About the Role
As an Associate Territory Manager in Sports Medicine youll own your territory by building strong relationships with surgeons and healthcare professionals. Youll provide expert clinical support help improve patient outcomes and contribute to your teams sales targets. Youll be part of a supportive team of five led by a manager with over 25 years of industry experience who prioritises ongoing development and learning.
DaytoDay Responsibilities
Own Your Territory:Plan your approach target key accounts and develop strategies to grow sales and market share.
Support Clinicians:Deliver clinical and technical support during procedures organise product demonstrations and ensure users are confident with our solutions.
Drive Growth:Identify new opportunities develop relationships and help the team meet its sales targets through proactive engagement.
Collaborate & Support:Work closely with colleagues share insights and contribute to a highperformance team environment.
ProblemSolving:Think on your feet and react quickly to handle unfamiliar scenarioswhether troubleshooting complex technical issues during surgery resolving client concerns rapidly or managing supply and inventory challenges under pressure.
