Job Description

Seeking Acute Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Cardiology Electrophysiology (EP) Mercy Health Lima Ohio

Mercy Health Physicians in Lima Ohio has an exciting opportunity for an acute nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our employed Cardiology Group. This robust team has an excellent reputation for amazing patient care.

Cardiology experience strongly preferred.
Inpatient and outpatient call collaborating with a multispecialty group of cardiologists including general invasive interventional structural and electrophysiology.
Provide excellent patient care and be willing to participate in outreach and community engagement.
Support the EP Program by providing timely patient access consults inpatient rounding clinic new patients and follow up appointments related to cardiac ablations pacemaker and defibrillator implantation.
Assess labs diagnostic tests consults and discharge.
Weekend rounding and call as applicable.
Evaluate and manage consults and arrange for procedures if necessary.
Office/Clinic rotation See up to 2530 patients and management of device reports.
o Typical day morning consults while physicians are in the lab corounding midday and afternoon clinic.
