Job Description
Qualifications
Experience as a coach or participant in the sport. Knowledge of PIAA rules and regulations related to the sport. Ability to relate to student participants in a professional manner. Knowledge of the skills and strategies that apply to the sport. Leadership skills.
Summary Purpose of Position
The assistantcoach assists the Head Coachin running the football program often acting as a delegate with specific roles within the program as determined by the Head Coach.
Terms of Employment
Annual position.
Evaluation
The Athletic Director and the Principal evaluate performance of this job.
