KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Full P&L ownership: drive financial performance margin improvement and cost discipline.
- Lead Opex management initiatives to ensure efficient resource allocation and cost control.
- Establish and cascade clear performance goals aligned with business strategy.
- Integrate company policies and procedures into daily business unit operations.
- Oversee production KPIs quality metrics and lean process initiatives to meet business targets.
- Monitor operations to proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks and performance issues.
- Collaborate with Quality Director to uphold and continuously improve quality standards.
- Build and mentor a highperforming leadership team; foster a culture of accountability engagement and development.
- Partner with HR to support workforce planning staffing and talent development.
- Strengthen internal and external customer relationships to drive service excellence and revenue growth.
- Lead strategic planning for new opportunities market trends and promotional activities.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a complex MRO or manufacturing environment; aerospace/aviation industry experience highly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in owning and improving P&L performance and managing operating expenses.
- Proven ability to build and develop leadership teams that deliver measurable results.
- Strong change agent capable of driving operational transformation and continuous improvement.
- Experience leading lean manufacturing or Six Sigma initiatives is highly desirable.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding OTD (OnTime Delivery) and TAT (Turnaround Time) goals.
- Excellent communication decisionmaking and stakeholder engagement skills.
