Must Have PMP Certification
Need Overall 12Years of experience
3 References from the recent projects is must.
- 8 years in IT project management experience
- 8 years in data management solutions (data warehouses data lakes etc.) or data analytics/business intelligence webbased (J2EE) development or SOArelated architecture
- 8 years in excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 8 years in developing clear concise project documentation
- 8 years in team management through meetings mentoring facilitation and training
- 8 years in project progress monitoring using risk management practices
- 8 years in keeping leadership informed on project issues and progress
- 8 years in expertlevel problem resolution skills
- 8 years in project management lifecycle (PMLC) and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- 8 years in tracking project budgets and updating costs in project tracking tools
- 8 years in leading Agile sprints (planning increments backlog grooming daily scrums retrospectives Kanban)
- 6 years in the Healthcare Industry specifically public health.
- 6 years managing multiagency or multiIT department initiatives
- 6 years in Health and Human Services agency
- 5 years managing TSS Sprint Teams for the State of Texas
- 5 years managing resources in matrixed environments
- 5 years in creating project/work/quality plans
- 5 years in full lifecycle from analysis to deployment
- 5 years leading and motivating IT project teams
- 3 years working with access & eligibility programs
- Strong IT project management experience (8 years)
- Agile sprint leadership (planning scrums retrospectives Kanban)
- Expertise in PMLC and SDLC
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Team leadership and mentoring
- Budget and risk management
- Experience with data management solutions (e.g. data lakes BI)
- Proficiency in project tracking tools
- Strong problemsolving skills
- PMP certification required Scrum Master preferred
