Summary:

We are currently seeking aTalent Acquisition Coordinatorto join ourTalent Acquisition Programs and Operations Team. We offer a hybrid work environment and are looking for someone to join us inVancouver Calgary or Toronto.

Who you are:

This is a critical role on the team that will be responsible for scheduling interviews partnering with key stakeholders (such as Recruiters and Hiring Managers) and managing the preboarding process. The ideal candidate will possess a high sense of urgency strong collaboration skills and bring experience working in a fast paced environment with competing priorities. They will have a passion for process improvement and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Compensation is one of the main components of Clios Total Rewards Program. We have developed a series of programs and processes to ensure we are creating fair and competitive pay practices that form the foundation of our human and highperforming culture.

Some highlights of our Total Rewards program include:

The full salary range* for this role is $62100 to $73100 to $84100 note salary bands may differ based on location and local currency. Additionally benefit offerings may differ depending on the employees location.

*We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
