What Youll Be Doing
Design Development Create original thoughtful design concepts and visually compelling presentation materials
Documentation & Permits Prepare working drawings and coordinate rezoning DP and BP submissions
Coordination Collaborate with consultants clients and contractors through all phases of a project
Construction Support Maintain design integrity through CD and CA phases with site visits and contractor checkins
Feasibility & Planning Assist with earlystage project planning and design strategy
What You Bring
AIBC registration or eligibility
47 years of experience in an architectural studio
Strong design and visualization skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
Experience with working drawings permit submissions and woodframe/midrise multifamily
Familiarity with BCBC and local bylaws
Organized proactive and ready to own your role
