Your Role: A Strategic Legal Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled commercially minded Senior Legal Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. As Regional Counsel SSP youll play a critical role in advising across multiple business units solving complex legal challenges that significantly impact Strykers operations. Reporting to the General Counsel you will navigate legal risks influence strategic decisions and drive innovative solutions in a fastpaced highly regulated industry.

What Youll Do:

• Serve as a trusted advisor to sales and commercial teams in Australia & New Zealand covering government tenders business development financial solutions and corporate transactions.

• Shape legal strategy for highvalue contracts regulatory compliance and risk management in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape.

• Lead negotiations for complex commercial agreements ensuring business success while mitigating risks.

• Monitor and advise on legal and regulatory developments proactively driving actions to maintain compliance.

• Influence at the highest levelsprepare board reports and provide legal insights to senior leadership.

• Drive continuous improvement in legal operations from developing playbooks to conducting inhouse training.

• Mentor and lead junior legal professionals fostering a highperformance team.

What You Bring:

• 13 years PQE with a strong foundation in corporate and commercial law ideally in healthcare MedTech or regulated industries.

• Expertise in corporate transactions competition law privacy cybersecurity and digital regulations.

• A commercial mindset with the ability to simplify legal complexities and offer practical businessfirst solutions.

• Exceptional stakeholder managementyou build strong relationships and act as a trusted business partner.

• Proven ability to thrive in a fastpaced matrixed global organization juggling competing priorities effectively.

• Techsavvy approach embracing digital tools and innovative legal solutions.
