The Quality Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery across our onshore & offshore insurance operations. This role involves managing a team of quality analysts implementing quality control measures and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed both major and minor which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  • Lead and manage a team of quality analysts.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of quality analysts to ensure adherence to established standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews of processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for quality analysts to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Analyze data and generate reports to track quality metrics and trends.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence within the team.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors degree in Business Insurance or a related field (required)
  • Masters degree (preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in quality management within the insurance industry improvement (required)

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams.
  • Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
