DescriptionWere seeking a talented Sales Support Coordinator to join our Sales Office Team in San Francisco California. Reporting to the VP OMNI Channel & Ecommerce this exciting role will support effective OMNI channel trade execution and processes and provide a high level of support to our Sales team through effective marketing coordination. The remuneration range for this role is $60000 to $70000.
What youll be doing
- Coordinating and reporting on shopper marketing campaigns sales initiatives budgets POS spend and performance metrics to support crossfunctional marketing and sales alignment.
- Supporting sales and distributor teams by managing marketing content processing bespoke requests coordinating digital assets and maintaining uptodate materials across platforms.
- Coordinating trade show and consumer events supporting logistics branding budgets and exploring new event opportunities.
- Supporting omnichannel execution by managing POS assets digital shelf content coupon programs and ecommerce initiatives in collaboration with internal teams distributors and platform partners to drive brand visibility and sales.
What youll bring
- 13 years experience in a sales marketing or event coordination OR administrative experience with an interest in marketing
- Outstanding interpersonal verbal and written communication skills with the ability to actively listen and adapt your style
- Demonstrated ability to plan and organise effectivelyto meet required deadlines in a professional environment with high attention to detail
