PartTime Site Technician Model Tobacco Lofts
Location: Richmond VA
Starting Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Flexible alternating MondaySunday shifts
WPM Real Estate Management is seeking a PartTime Site Technician to join our team at Model Tobacco Lofts in Richmond VA. This position is primarily janitorial with responsibilities that support both property upkeep and the maintenance teams operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness of indoor common areas walkways and vacant units
Perform grounds work including trash pickup and snow removal
Keep sidewalks and outdoor areas clean and free of debris
Support the maintenance team with basic repair tasks as needed
Assist with painting of common areas and apartments
Perform light carpentry work (e.g. rescreening drywall patching)
Ensure the property remains clean safe and welcoming at all times
Requirements:
Ability to maintain a professional and positive demeanor aligned with WPMs Brand Compass Values
Strong communication skills
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
