We are looking for a highly detailoriented and proactive QA Engineer (Middle) to join our growing Quality Assurance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the stability and quality of a complex financial application actively participating in both insprint testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). You will play a key role in validating critical business processes including platinum journeys and ensuring that all releases meet strict quality and compliance standards before they are deployed to production.
REQUIREMENTS
Were looking for Middle QA (UAT) who has:
- 3 years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer working in Agile environments;
- Solid experience with test design techniques writing clear and concise test cases and maintaining documentation;
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies;
- Experience in UAT insprint functional testing and regression testing;
- Prior experience working with financial applications with a strong understanding of the importance of data integrity accuracy and regulatory compliance;
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking;
- Proven experience working closely with developers POs and stakeholders to clarify requirements and defects;
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written;
- Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g. JIRA);
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fastpaced deadlinedriven environment.
NicetoHave:
- Experience with API testing using tools like Postman;
- Basic understanding of SQL for backend data validation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Middle QA (UAT) you will:
- Perform manual testing of new features enhancements and bug fixes across web and mobile platforms;
- Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements user stories and technical documentation;
- Execute insprint testing including exploratory testing and verification of acceptance criteria;
- Conduct UAT support ensuring business requirements are met and assisting stakeholders during testing phases;
- Perform regression testing across core application flows and previously impacted areas;
- Run and validate platinum journeys to ensure missioncritical workflows are not disrupted;
- Carry out sanity and smoke tests after new builds to confirm readiness for further QA or production deployment;
- Assess build quality and provide go/nogo feedback on production readiness;
- Identify document and manage defects using tools like JIRA including working closely with developers and Product Owners to triage prioritize and resolve issues;
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily standups sprint planning refinement sessions and retrospectives;
- Contribute to test data preparation and environment readiness as needed.

The application grants a straightforward yet secure credit management system devoid of bureaucratic hustle. The solution is simple on the surface yet complex under the hoof with security measures that ensure the protection of sensitive data. Being a whitelabel solution the application grants flexibility and the opportunity to customize the platform for the clients customers.
The solution has been live for over a year the team continuously develops new features. As the project is challenging in terms of tools and technologies it requires significant input and gives an opportunity for professional growth.
The general project team consists of 26 members on KindGeeks side.
