We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Product Manager to lead our Surgical portfolio. In this pivotal role youll be responsible for driving market share growth strengthening brand leadership and delivering longterm business success.
This is a highly visible strategic role where youll lead the direction of a key portfolio within our Surgical division. Youll collaborate across marketing sales and global teams to launch new products create impactful campaigns and ensure our customers receive bestinclass support. If youre a commercially savvy marketer who thrives on delivering results and working closely with surgeons and sales teams this is the opportunity for you.
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive market share profitability and sustainable growth
Lead new product launches lifecycle management pricing strategies and campaign development
Create and deliver educational initiatives such as roadshows workshops and handson clinical events to support surgeon engagement and patient safety
Monitor market dynamics and use datadriven insights to identify growth opportunities and guide decisionmaking
Act as the goto expert for the commercial team providing product training clinical support and market insights
Build strong clinical and commercial relationships with surgeons and hospital stakeholders across Australia and New Zealand
Proven experience in product management within medical devices healthcare or life sciences
Strong communicator and influencer comfortable engaging with internal teams and external clinical stakeholders
Commercially driven with a strategic mindset and a focus on execution
Comfortable analysing data and translating insights into clear actionable plans
Proficient in digital marketing tools and visual communication platforms
Tertiary qualifications in marketing biomedical science engineering healthcare or a related field
Experience with surgical technologies or within the operating theatre environment
Successful track record of launching new products into the market
