About the Role
We re hiring a sharp handson Marketing Manager to support a premium strategy consulting firm based in Germany. In this highimpact role you will collaborate directly with the founder and operations team to transform strategic ideas into clean branded marketing assets across content formats and channels. Ideal for someone who thrives on design precision and thoughtful creativity.
Key Responsibilities

Create readytopost content for LinkedIn and Instagram based on outlines transcripts or voice notes

Design highquality visuals in Canva (or Adobe) for:

Social media posts
-
Downloadable assets (e.g. playbooks course materials)

Clientfacing decks and documents
-
-
Upload and format content in Kajabi (no coding needed)
-
Light video editing (e.g. trimming overlaying slides) using tools like Descript or Adobe Rush
-
Format and polish white papers brochures and presentation materials
-
Assist in content distribution via HubSpot newsletters
-
Maintain a basic marketing calendar and organized asset library
-
Coordinate with the founder and parttime team for feedback and approvals
Profile Requirements
-
3 5 years of experience in marketing content creation or graphic design
-
Strong sense of layout brand consistency and visual polish

Skilled in Canva; Adobe InDesign Illustrator or Premiere Rush is a plus

Familiarity with Kajabi and HubSpot or willingness to learn quickly

Excellent written and verbal communication in English

Highly organized proactive and committed to quality output

Comfortable working across a variety of tools formats and tasks
