Location: Hybrid
The Java tech stack is built around Spring deployed on JBoss and secured by Okta and ThreatMetrix.
Responsible for ensuring the optimal performance scalability and reliability of Applications Solutions systems. Design develop and execute performance tests for various software applications and systems. Identify analyze and document performance bottlenecks and issues using performance testing tools. Work closely with development teams to understand application architecture and identify areas for optimization. Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks and scripts using industrystandard tools and technologies. Analyze test results generate reports and present findings to stakeholders. Collaborate with other teams to ensure performance considerations are incorporated throughout the software development lifecycle. Stay uptodate on the latest performance testing tools methodologies and industry best practices. Participate in knowledge sharing and contribute to the continuous improvement of the performance testing process. Perform other duties to maintain operations.

- Identify and analyze performance bottlenecks
- Develop and automate performance test scripts
Minimum Candidate Characteristics:
- 47 years of handson Java developing using the Spring ecosystem
- Proficiency in JBoss EAP administration and deployment
- Experience with performance testing containerization (Docker) and unit testing frameworks
Exceptional Candidate Characteristics:
- Experience with a labor/workforce agency
- DB2 database design and SQL querying
- Thymeleaf
