Job Description
We are an IT company JATAPP creating products that are used by millions of users from all over the world. Our portfolio already includes 20 different products exclusively in white niches: Business Utilities Lifestyle Cybersecurity and Education.
We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our largest product a crossplatform VPN service. Our product already helps over 10 million users worldwide meet their cybersecurity needs.
Tasks
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) management: using tools like Ansible Salt Terraform and similar to provision and update infrastructure
Stack configuration and support: implementing monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus Grafana Nagios)
Designing configuring monitoring and maintaining networks public cloud environments and internal tools
Participating in the lifecycle management of Linux systems
Automating infrastructure management using IaC tools
Supporting scaling and optimizing infrastructure
System analysis incident response and troubleshooting
Maintaining infrastructure according to the highest security standards
Requirements
3 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a related role (e.g. Network Engineer Network Architect DevOps Engineer)
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus Grafana ELK Nagios)
Handson experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools Terraform Ansible
Strong knowledge of Linux system administration and optimization (Debian Ubuntu; performance tuning troubleshooting)
Deep understanding of networking and security concepts (VPN proxy technologies firewall rules iptables iproute2 SSL/TLS encryption)
Solid troubleshooting and incident response skills in highavailability production environments
Nice to Have:
Indepth knowledge of VPN protocols: OpenVPN IPsec IKEv2/IPsec and WireGuard
Understanding of advanced networking concepts that impact VPN performance and routing between global data centers
