What will your mission be
Design and develop the operational processes that power our workflow system ensuring their alignment with the companys strategic objectives and contributing to a more efficient and productive debt recovery.
What you will do daytoday
Build the vision and strategy for workflows ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Design and optimize operational processes within the management system.
Create process maps to facilitate analysis and understanding.
Monitor workflow performance and provide detailed reports.
Identify improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Work with international teams to ensure proper integration of systems and tools.
Collaborate with different departments (technology compliance operations and customer service) to ensure that our debt recovery strategies are effective and aligned with global objectives.
What we need from you
Degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Finance or related fields.
1 to 2 years of experience in the financial sector ideally in debt recovery.
Knowledge and experience with operational process management software.
Process modeling (BPMN) and agile methodologies (Agile).
Operational project management in international environments.
Experience with workflow management tools.
Strong focus on results and continuous improvement.
Effective communication and collaboration with both technical and nontechnical teams in local and international environments.
Languages: English B2 or higher; Spanish C1 (written and spoken).
