Job Description

We re looking for an innovative Intune Cloud Engineer to join our highperforming ICT Infrastructure team. Youll be the driving force behind our endpoint management strategy designing and delivering secure seamless and scalable solutions across Windows macOS iOS and Android platforms.



Requirements

  • Engineer & Optimize: Lead deployment and compliance using Microsoft Intune SCCM and Autopilot.
  • Secure & Comply: Implement Conditional Access ZeroTrust principles and automated patching.
  • Provision & Scale: Streamline onboarding of devices with Autopilot and modern provisioning techniques.
  • Support & Solve: Be the goto expert for 2nd/3rdline support and complex endpoint troubleshooting.
  • Report & Govern: Drive governance reporting and policy alignment to meet compliance standards.
  • Proactive mindset securityfocused and obsessed with best practices
  • Experience with Conditional Access MFA MDM/MAM and automation (PowerShell/Bash)
  • Microsoft certifications (MD102 MS500) are highly regarded
  • Diploma in IT/Computer Science (degree a plus)
  • 5 7 years handson Intune and SCCM (comanaged environments)
  • Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 Azure AD Active Directory and networking

Experience & Background: Proven experience in a business development or sales role. Strong understanding of the sales process, client acquisition, and lead generation. Experience in sales, business development, or similar fields is a plus. Key Skills: Sales & Negotiation: Strong ability to close deals and negotiate terms effectively. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences. Networking: Proven ability to build relationships and expand the client base. Time Management & Independence: Ability to manage tasks independently, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a hybrid work setup. Sociability: Outgoing, personable, and adept at building rapport quickly. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and other sales/marketing software. Personal Traits: Highly motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets. Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. Proactive, energetic, and eager to contribute to the firm's growth. Additional Requirements: Valid driver s license and access to reliable transport. Ability to work in a hybrid setup (combination of office and remote work). Availability to travel as needed for client meetings and networking events. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow processes.

Education

Relevant tertiary qualification (Business, Marketing, Insurance, or related field) FAIS compliant and registered as a Key Individual with the FSCA RE 1 certification Minimum of 5 years' experience in insurance management, with a focus on brokers and franchise operations
