Job Description
Take ownership of an exciting social media lead generation role where you ll directly impact business growth by connecting real estate investors with lending opportunities. You ll monitor and engage across multiple real estate platforms identifying and nurturing potential borrower relationships through strategic social media interaction. Responsibilities
- Monitor 50 real estate and lendingfocused social media pages to identify potential borrowers
- Engage professionally with posts seeking lending solutions representing the company s services
- Deploy promotional materials and company information in approved advertising channels
- Track and relay qualified leads to the management team in realtime
- Manage incoming messages and comments from potential clients
- Maintain organized documentation of lead generation activities and outcomes
- Identify and capitalize on new engagement opportunities within real estate social media groups
Requirements
- Proven experience with social media engagement and lead generation
- Strong written English communication skills with attention to detail
- Understanding of real estate lending terminology and market dynamics
