Profile Requirements:
- 2.5 years of proven experience in customer support onboarding recruitment or clientfacing roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to clearly explain processes and resolve concerns.
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide effective solutions while remaining professional and empathetic.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (likely ZenDesk) LinkedIn outreach and customer support tools.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities to balance onboarding outreach and support responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment responding effectively to changing needs and priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Must exhibit a positive attitude high level of integrity and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Were looking for the right people who align with our values and culture.
Core responsibilities:
- Guide potential tutors through the onboarding process ensuring they understand platform requirements and best practices.
- Proactively connect with potential tutors via LinkedIn and other channels to expand the platform s tutor network.
- Serve as the primary contact for students and tutors addressing inquiries concerns and platformrelated questions professionally.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user concerns escalating complex issues when necessary and ensuring prompt followup.
- Maintain expertise in platform features to educate and assist both tutors and students effectively.
- Keep accurate records of interactions feedback and trends to drive improvements in user experience.
- Monitor and enhance user engagement and satisfaction by proactively identifying opportunities for service improvement.

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
