Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule: Mondays to Fridays: 07:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila Time (9AM to 6PM Sydney Time)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage social media communities across two regions/ sites (Australia and the US)
- Collecting tagged content for social proof
- Assisting with content generation for monthly organic calendar & scheduling them accordingly across all three sites. Including Facebook LinkedIn and Pinterest.
- Managing Okendo reviews and endorsing them to Google reviews and managing Google Reviews respectively
- Pricing and product changes through Shopify
- Updating and maintaining prices and product changes in external partner interfaces like UberEats accordingly
- Updating & maintaining the Master Pricelist
- Assisting the customer service team during busy periods
Requirements
- Proficiency in Shopify
- Knowledgeable in Meta Business
- Creative
- High attention to detail
- People person: sociable and patient
