Profile Requirements:

  • Min 2.5 years Proven Experience in administrative support sales support or a related role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Core responsibilities:

  • Screenshot and upload client IDs into the portal.
  • Maintain and update client records in the CRM system.
  • Ensure all documents and data entries are accurate and up to date.
  • Send followup emails and client communications.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients by ensuring all required documents are processed.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks to streamline workflow.
  • Organize and manage files to ensure easy access to important information.
  • Assist in tracking client progress and maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed to support business operations.

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
