Profile Requirements:
- Min 2.5 years proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Indepth knowledge of major social media platforms (Facebook Instagram Twitter LinkedIn TikTok YouTube etc.) and their best practices.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g. Hootsuite Buffer Sprout Social).
- Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g. Canva Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media insights and analytics
Core responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy: Develop execute and optimize social media strategies to increase brand awareness engagement and follower growth.
- Content Creation: Create compelling content (text images videos) tailored for each platform ensuring consistency in tone and brand messaging.
- Community Management: Engage with followers respond to comments and messages and build a strong online community by initiating conversations and engaging with influencers.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media metrics and prepare regular reports on performance providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to drive traffic leads and conversions.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest social media trends tools and best practices to ensure effective content marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing design and content teams to align social media content with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Brand Voice: Ensure the brand s voice and style are maintained across all social media platforms.

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection. Additionally they will be responsible for managing their own taxes and benefits. Compensation is offered on a biweekly basis.
