Profile Requirements:

  • Experience in Life Insurance Industry (Preferred): Previous experience in life insurance especially in a lead qualification or scheduling role is highly desired.
  • Familiarity with HighLevel CRM (Preferred): Competence with HighLevel or similar CRM tools aiding in efficient lead management and followups.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities particularly over the phone to engage leads professionally and persuasively.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in managing calendar schedules and lead qualification criteria ensuring smooth scheduling and qualified appointments.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize manage time and keep detailed records of lead interactions within CRM systems.
  • SelfStarter with Sales Acumen: Motivated to qualify leads effectively supporting the sales process with a customerfocused and proactive approach.

Core responsibilities:

  • Lead Contact and Outreach: Promptly connect with 35 incoming leads daily ensuring each potential client is contacted and nurtured toward booking an appointment.
  • Cold calling: Making calls to aged leads.
  • Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments efficiently placing qualified prospects on the advisors calendar with seamless communication.
  • Prequalification of Leads: Assess leads to ensure they meet basic prequalification criteria for life insurance products verifying interest and suitability before the sales call.
  • FollowUp Coordination: Conduct timely followups with leads to ensure attendance at scheduled appointments confirming interest and readiness for a detailed consultation.
  • Database Management: Accurately record lead information and interactions within CRM systems maintaining a high level of organization and accessibility for review.
  • Sales Pipeline Support: Work closely with the advisor to keep the sales pipeline active identifying potential conversion opportunities and supporting efficient lead flow.
  • Admin functions: Assisting with basic admin tasks when needed

NOTE: This is a permanent remote position structured as an Independent Contractor arrangement. Selected candidates must have their own equipment and reliable internet connection.
