JOB TITLE: OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR
About This Job:
QSourcing Limited trading as QSourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda Kenya Tanzania Rwanda and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client we are looking for a competent skilled and experienced Operations Supervisor to work in Nairobi Kenya
Job Summary
Our client in the Security Industry is seeking to recruit an Operations Supervisor who will be responsible to supervise daily security operations manage security personnel and ensure the safety and protection of client s assets and premises. The Operations Supervisor will also ensures compliance with safety procedures incident response and high standards of vigilance.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and coordinate security guards across assigned posts.
Prepare duty rosters and ensure full coverage of shifts.
Document and report incidents accurately and promptly.
Conduct security briefings and train guards on protocols emergency response and customer service.
Ensure guards understand post orders and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Submit daily weekly and incident reports to management
Respond to client inquiries complaints or service issues promptly
Address operational issues as they arise and escalate complex problems when necessary.
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Diploma/Degree in Criminology Security Management or related field.
At least 3 5 years of experience in security operations with 1 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong leadership and decisionmaking skills
Excellent observational and analytical abilities
Clear communication and interpersonal skills
