PartnerNET is looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our team.

PartnerNET is a valueadded distributor of Unified Communication Wireless & Wired Networks Building Automation Facility Management IPTV & Digital Signage Unified Collaboration and Cyber Security products based in Athens. PartnerNET represents some of the largest ICT manufacturers worldwide offering complete business solutions to the SE market.

We are looking for a salesdriven and selfmotivated Inside Sales Executive to join our Sales team and actively develop a portfolio of B2B partners drive sales growth and contribute to the advancement of our channel partners across all product lines.

Strategic Role

As a core member of our Sales team the Inside Sales Executive is responsible for proactively managing a portfolio of B2B partners identifying opportunities and delivering value through consistent communication solution selling and partner enablement. Success in this role is measured by sales performance partner activation and upgrade rates and contribution to the overall channel expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively manage and grow a designated portfolio of B2B partners across industries.

  • Identify customer needs and propose suitable solutions from our full product range.

  • Deliver on monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Develop strategic account plans and execute partner development actions.

  • Promote and sell valueadded solutions to drive partner growth across PartnerNET s tier system.

  • Perform regular outbound calls online demos and business reviews.

  • Maintain uptodate CRM records and sales forecasts.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Marketing for targeted campaigns.



Requirements

  • 3 years of proven experience in a sales or account management role (preferably B2B ICT sector).

  • Strong communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills.

  • Goaloriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.

  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent command of Greek and English both written and spoken.

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Team spirit pro activity and commercial acumen.
