Why You Will Love this Job:
- Responsible for direct oversight of the Travel and Expense programs owning and driving both the daily operations and the global strategy for the programs consistent with the companys culture policies authorized travel spending guidance and credit card expense parameters.
- Build and maintain documentation and tools supporting T&E and corporate card programs.
- Benchmark and facilitate best practices
- Analyze and monitor compliance drive improvements through reporting and recommendations
- Responsible for ensuring daytoday responses with internal customers on commercial card inquiries expense queries and profile maintenance requests and ensure timely closure
- Understand M&A roadmaps and assist with the implementation of global systems and processes.
- Manage global corporate card relationships to monitor performance ensure SLA and contract compliance and resolve operational issues as they arise.
- Report on corporate card metrics and deliver timely and actionable business intelligence
- Monitoring the aging of accounts and addressing all outstanding operational issues
- Educate on ability to complete inquiries and maintenance requests through selfservice capabilities
- Review delinquent accounts and document current status for action by client Relationship Managers; escalate accounts for immediate action based on departmental policies and procedures
- Monitoring work product of team members to ensure accuracy; taking corrective actions as necessary including coaching and making recommendations as to termination or reassignment
- Interceding when necessary to resolve any employee travel and reimbursement concerns
- Working on business operations projects that may be assigned on an ad hoc basis and may assist other corporate initiatives as necessary
Concur Administration:
- Responsible for the overall Concur business relationship including contract management and oversight of the internal audit process.
- Lead the migration and consolidation of expense operations onto a single Concur platform.
- Collaborate with IT and Concur representatives to configure the system to meet organizational needs including policy enforcement expense tracking and reporting.
- Train employees on the Concur platform providing resources and support for a smooth transition.
- Policy Alignment and Implementation:
- Work closely with HR to align travel policies across the globe ensuring consistency while addressing regional compliance requirements.
- Regularly review and update travel policies in response to organizational changes industry trends and employee feedback.
- Communicate policies effectively to employees and ensure adherence
- Cost Optimization and Reporting:
- Leverage the unified Concur platform to monitor expenses identify trends and generate insights
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company service providers and Concur
- Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate expense tracking and reporting.
- Partner with HR to address employee needs and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Use reporting to identify leakage from policy and identify cost savings opportunities.
Drive Program Excellence:
- Develop and deliver a customer centric program to improve customer experience
- Monitor financial commitments flight hours management and reporting
- Support trip experience from booking through the ground catering and arrivals.
- Lead training exercises as needed with customers.
Experience Requires:
- Demonstrate good understanding of core T&E practices processes procedures and policies
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong working experience in Concur environment. SAP experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Case Management tool an added advantage
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite skills (Word Excel Outlook)
- Bachelors degree with minimum 8 to 10 years of experience
The Salary range for this position is $79500.00$ specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates experience their education and the work location.
