- Responsible for hiring motivation and development of Quik Lube Mechanics
- Complete profit and loss responsibilities including expense control and attainment of revenue goals
- Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture
- Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
- Build rapport with customers to build a base of referrals to establish customer network
- Provide training and support to the mechanics
- Consistent track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Knowledge of ADP (CDK) preferred
- Minimum 35 years of automotive management/dealership experience
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Understanding of inventory control
- Strong computer and phone skills
- Professional appearance and work ethic
- Ambitious goal oriented and able to work within a dynamic environment
- Valid drivers license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
